‘About that, Mobo, I know cats don’t belong in this country, but she’s here now - and she can’t help being what she is. So we’re building her an outdoor garden, with shade-cloth. She'll be able to go outside but can’t go hunting in the bush.’ Saffron knew it was a compromise - but life is full of compromises.
