Bestival Leaves its Isle Of Wight for
2017
Rob Da Bank’s Bestival leaves the Isle Of Wight and
heads to the Lulworth Estate in Dorset for 2017. No longer will party goers have to deal with ferry queues to get to and from the Boutique Festival as they have decided to move the event to the same site as they already hold their other yearly event Camp Bestival.
“Hot off the press – yes Bestival is moving!” said Bestival curator Rob Da Bank “We can confirm we have submitted a licence application for a new site at the Lulworth Estate in Dorset and we’re super excited about our shiny new Bestival adventure. We have an incredible lineup, headliners confirmed and ridiculous new stages and installations coming your way in 2017.”
Bestival has been running since 2004 at the Robin Hill Country Park and has gone from a 10,000 capacity to 55,000 capacity and has featured artists that have included Stevie Wonder, Outkast and dance music legends Kraftwerk.
