Our top priority will be to meet your objectives and protect your interests on every individual transaction with holistic solutions addressing everything from due diligence to the tax ramifications.
We have negotiated the financing of billions of dollars of properties of all asset types throughout the United States and have the expertise to help PWD with all manner of financing transactions, including construction and permanent loans, securitized loans, mezzanine loans, joint venture loans, sale-leaseback transactions, equity investments, debt financing arrangements, and inter-creditor arrangements.
We also will provide cost-effective, value add representation for all of your leasing needs related to this project, from complex, high-value leases with major tenants to simple lease amendments and management agreements. We will partner with you to structure leases that help you maximize Seaport and gain a competitive edge on the waterfront through creativity, collaboration, and hard work. We advise our clients on hundreds of leases every year and handle a wide variety of agreements frequently encountered in the course of asset management, including sublease and transfer consents, brokerage agreements, SNDA’s, vendor agreements, and tenant dispute resolution.
