Lawyers in this practice advise clients on complying with complex government procurement regulations, export laws, U.S. sanctions compliance, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and represent them in the event of litigation and government inquiry. Our Labor and Employment Practice Group advises clients regarding their domestic and international employment issues.
