CONFERENCE LOGISTICS
Questions
Attendees can submit questions through the Zoom platform. Questions will not be presented to panelists in real-time, although we will do our best to see that they are answered during the Q&A period at the end of each day.
Cameras/Microphones
All attendee cameras will be off and microphones will be muted. The chat feature has been disabled. As noted above, questions can be submitted through the Zoom platform.
Invitations
Access links will be shared with registered attendees in advance of the conference. Access links can be shared with colleagues, but should not be posted publicly since the Zoom platform has a limit on the number of attendees it can accommodate.
Polling Questions
We may share polling questions with attendees over the course of the conference. Responses will be kept confidential. Only aggregate data will be shared.
Lunch
In an effort to provide as much information as possible during the two-day conference, we did NOT build in a formal lunch break. But since all attendee cameras and microphones will be disabled, no one will mind if you eat during any/all of the presentations!
