ZACH LUBINSKI
Another Hockey season has concluded and can you believe we are already gearing up for the start of the 2018/19 Season! Youth Tryouts have come and gone along with sizing nights. Before you know it, first practices will be underway.
Let’s not rush it though and enjoy the summer. With that said, be sure to check out our full list of summer camps and clinics. This is a great opportunity to work on your areas of weakness with our professional staff to ensure you are ready to go come the start of the season.
Are you a Junior or prep school player looking to get a jump
on the college process? Be sure to check out our Men’s College Camp that is held in Marlboro, MA the week of June 11-14th. We have some of the top Division I, II, and III coaches in the area on the ice for four days putting players through a few practices and concluding the camp with a mini tournament. During this camp, we hold a Q&A session as well where the coaches answer any and all questions parents/players may have regarding what the coaches look for in a player and the admissions process to get into the schools. This is definitely a camp you do not want to miss!
As far as our tournaments, we have finalized the schedule with divisions for that. You can view the full list of tournament dates and division at www.thatournaments. com. Please reach out to me with any questions. Tournaments start to fill up fast towards the end of
summer so don’t wait too long! Also, the earlier you can book your hotel accommodations the better.
Lastly, this is officially the fourth quarterly publication and wraps up our full first year of The Hockey Academy News. We are very proud of all we have covered with it and look to continue to grow the publication in year two!
Once again we’d like to take a moment and thank all the people who help make this publication happen. We work with a ton of great companies and their support amongst any / all of our divisions of The Hockey Academy makes our programs better.
If you have any feedback, topics you would like us to discuss, or tips, feel free to reach out to me at zlubinski@thehockeyacademy. com!
See you in the rinks!
