Summer is here! Well... Sort of. What I mean is hockey season has come to an end. In this edition of The Hockey Academy News, you will see a lot of our highlighted summer programs. We are very much believers that kids should be great all around athletes notsportspecific.Sowiththatsaid, wewisheveryone the best of luck with their spring and summer sports! However, it is good to keep skating whether it’s once a week at our weekly skills or PHD Training sessions.
As the season gets closer, we have our Maine Wild and NE Stars 4 day preseason camp which is a great opportunity for the kids to get ready for the season and also bond with their teammates.
If you’re looking for a fun weekend getaway with some hockey included, we have our Summerfest Tournament in Beautiful Waterville Valley, NH. We will hold squirt, peewee, bantam, and midget divisions. That will be held July 26-28, 2019. If you haven’t been
to Waterville in the summer, we highly recommend it! There is endless amounts of fun to be had with 9 holes of golf, hiking / mountain biking through the trails, or water activities on Corcoran’s Pond! Register your team today at www.thatournaments.com.
A quick reminder on our Adult Leagues - Registration is open for our 4 summer leagues. If you register at least 2 weeks prior to the league starting you receive a $30 discount. These leagues do fill up and get capped at 13/14 skaters per team so register early to reserve your spot!
Once again we would like to formally thank all our contributors and sponsors that make this publication possible. We couldn’t do it without you!
