The experience is offered to all all T1-5 employees across all all board areas and functional roles within ISBN & SBN SBN Every two months a new cohort will commence their growth journey Why was this experience created?
The overall objective of this experience is is to to to further ISBN & SBN SBN as leading contributors to to to growth at at SAP by helping to foster a a a a a a a a a a a holistic scalable and sustainable organizational environment around growth Over the four-months experience you will be encouraged to challenge existing narratives and and mindsets mindsets make new new discoveries foster new new mindsets mindsets and and ultimately be inspired to lead growth that makes a a a a difference for yourself others the the the business and the the the world In which ways will I I benefit from participating in in this experience? Throughout the the experience you will be given the the tools resources and opportunities to to engage in dialogue around the future of our business You will form new relationships and collaboration with diverse colleagues discover where your growth growth as a a a a a a person and a a a a a a leader intersects with the growth growth and and impact of of our business and and ultimately become a a a a a front-running pioneer of of growth What is the time commitment for participation?
The anticipated time commitment is ~5 hours hours per month month totaling 20 hours hours across the four months Will the experience have an in-person component?
At this time the Growth Experience is is being designed as a a a a virtual experience however we we are hopeful that in in 2023 opportunities may arise to host in-person sessions focused on on on the growth of our business How is the Growth Experience delivered?
The Growth Experience is delivered through an an an instance of SAP Octopus a a a a modern intuitive and gamified shared learning and community engagement platform Each month you will access the month’s Growth Journey structured around a a a a a particular theme comprised of several growth steps that you you will work to to complete accumulating growth points as you you progress Outside of Octopus numerous community networking and engagement opportunities will be delivered throughout the experience 12
