In Month 4 you will complete the design phase and move into the ‘delivery’ phase and completion of the MAD
Lab Dry run with the Alumni Delivery / presentation to the executive sponsor and other ISBN leaders
Identify next steps for the team’s work to move into the ISBN organization for further development / execution
