What are accelerators?
Accelerators
are immersive growth and development tracks within the Possibilities experience that allow you you to to deeply explore specific areas of o your work and life Each accelerator has distinct offerings and allows you to to become part of a a a a a like-minded community You will have the opportunity to to choose one accelerator based on on on your personal preferences and desired areas of focus Is it required to to select an accelerator?
No If none of the three accelerators call to to to you it is not necessary to to to enrol How many accelerators can I choose?
All participants can choose a a a a a a a a maximum of one accelerator from either HER The The Leader Within or or The The Change Within This will allow you you to fully dedicate your time energy and commitment throughout the experience Details on each accelerator can be found within this brochure Can only women employees select HER?
Yes the HER accelerator is designed specifically only for women employees The SAP Diversity & Inclusion team has various offerings and initiatives designed for male employees who wish to increase their awareness of gender parity Can I change my accelerator choice?
You may change your accelerator choice anytime up until the end of its first month (May 31) Will I have the opportunity to meet people outside of my own accelerator?
Yes you will come together with all fellow Possibilities explorers in the the monthly oasis sessions In addition there will will be common offerings where all participants will will participate outside o of their chosen accelerator Other
Do I need manager approval to participate in Possibilities experience?
Manager approval is not required required but due to the the extensive commitment required required over the the six months we encourage you you you to discuss this this in your your SAP Talk and make this this a a a a a a a part of your your development plan for the year
