5. Arrange top/bottom and center rows as shown. Pin and sew. Press to center row. Will measure 8-1/20 3 8-1/20. Make 1 Community block

1. Pin and sew one Winter Wonderland Panel HST to opposite sides of Regional Block as shown. Press to HST. Make 1 partial block.
2. PinandsewoneWinterWonderlandPanel HST to remaining opposite sides of partial block as shown. Press to HST. Will measure 8-1/20 3 8-1/20. Make 1 Regional Block.
