It’s Another First for AISH 2021
The Around the Square pattern can be made in several ways.
We hope you will participate in our scavenger hunt for the block kits that our stores are making available. As the pattern is written, there are EIGHT blocks that can be sewn and then used
to create the outside border of the quilt.
You’ll be able to find and/or purchase the patterns and kits for these blocks in a number of different places: in our stores by region, here in the magazine, and on our website.
Below is a list of each of the blocks and where you can find them to complete this one-of-a- kind project:
Post Office & Ranch House: Northwest Region Country Church: North Central Region
Cottage with and without Pine Tree:
Northeast Region
Town Hall: Southwest Region
Farmhouse with Silo: Southeast Region
Barn: East Central Region
Townhouse/Bungalow: AISH Magazine (kits at participating stores)
Windmill: AISH Website
The pattern in the magazine also offers alternatives to completing the border, but
we know that quilters LOVE to collect and appreciate a good “hunt” for the cutest projects. We hope you’ll enjoy this fun game for 2021!!
