Designed by Zislis, in conjunction with designer Larry Drasin (Drasin Design) and architect Edel Vera (EBE & Associates), the home will be constructed without wood, using prefabricated steel with all steel studs. It will blur the lines between the indoor and outdoor space with ample use of slide-away windows and doors.
The entry level, will feature a large open social entertainment space, including a gourmet kitchen, dining room, a guest bathroom and an indoor/outdoor living area with a sleek see-through fire wall, as well as a three car garage.
The second level will be the children’s private level, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and computer lab, craft area and a large multi-purpose activity room.
The impressive master suite with wrap around windows that open the room to the outside, will be on the top level, and will feature a large bedroom with angled wood ceiling, oversized master closet and a spa-style master bath with a soaking tub, steam room and his and hers vanities. In addition to the master suite, this level will boast a high-tech gym and dry sauna, as well as a sun deck with an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, and custom swimming pool made from a recycled shipping container. An underwater glimpse of the pool can be seen from the street through a 4’ x 6’ second floor viewing window.
A subterranean level will be home to two additional guest bedrooms and two bathrooms, a microbrewery and a premium home theater.
