FORMED / PLASTIC LETTERS Unlimited Painted Colors
When a job requires a special color, formed plastic letters and logos can be easily painted. You can choose from any standard Gemini painted colors or we can custom match any of the following:
• PMS color match
• Any paint company color numbers
• Samples supplied for color scanning
Use our in-house custom paint matching system, we can scan samples or mix pantone formulas to match virtually any desired color. Samples to scan should be around 2” x 2”, then provide the desired paint sheen level too. We can provide Gloss, Semi-Gloss, Satin, or Matte sheens with any color.

Multi-color Logos
Gemini can also re-produce custom letters and logos painted multiple colors. By using a combination of multi-axis routers and spray masking, we can make a 2-D logo come to life with added 3-D dimension and clean color separations. Single pieces can be made up to 45” x 68”.

One piece embossed logo - custom painted
This CAR QUEST design was formed in white CAB plastic and painted with two different PMS colors. The mold for this piece was made to provide an additional 3-D effect for the letters and panels.
