Limitations / Restrictions
Most Letters and Logos can be produced up to 45” x 68” – in one piece.
Larger letters and logos may be made in up to three separate pieces.
Note: Larger, darker logo pieces or panels may require additional installation support to prevent bowing or warping – especially when exposed to the hot summer sun – as plastic will expand and contract. In some cases, consid- eration should be given to producing such logos in metal (flat cut, cast or fabricated).
Custom longer bars may be produced up to 70”long in one piece, and
also require additional mounting hardware to prevent the natural plastic contracting that can bow or warp any plastic. Installation may also require the use of a stronger adhesives such as epoxy, or a good construction grade adhesive. Metal bars are also a good alternate option here – especially with long bars, made in multiple pieces.
