Thin Gauge Wayfinding / ADA
Our precision milling of aluminum, brass and bronze produces high quality plaques in 1/8”thick material. These plaques have the same lifetime warranty as Gemini’s other plaques. Refer to the Precision Tooled pricing tables for bronze and aluminum. Brass pricing equals bronze plus 10%. Maximum size is 24” x 24”.

Standard thin gauge wayfinding plaques feature raised brushed copy in the metal of your choice: aluminum, brass or bronze. Background colors can be chosen from any of Gemini’s standard paint colors (darker background colors produce superior results). Choose from stipple or sand background textures (see page 191).

Painted Copy with Painted Background
Optional thin gauge wayfinding plaques feature raised painted copy in aluminum. Take the price of a precision tooled plaque and add $70 extra color charge. Background colors can be chosen from any of Gemini’s standard paint colors (darker background colors produce superior results). Choose from stipple or sand background textures (see page 191).
Full-Color Hi-Resolution Aluminum

Optional full-color, thin gauge wayfinding plaques feature raised painted or brushed copy with a full-color, hi-resolution printed background in aluminum. Take the price of a precision tooled aluminum plaque and add the pricing for the printing using the table at the right.

For use in wayfinding where Braille or raised copy is not required, these panels have your 1200 dpi full-color image printed on Lexan, aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel — simply choose your material, thickness and shape, and supply a high-quality image. These high-end panels come with a clear coat that protects the image. Gemini warrants these products for interior use, although they will last under most moderate weathering conditions.
