Guaranteed Ground Freight
How to calculate freight and all additional charges.
Your order for Gemini products may be split across multiple Gemini production locations due to geographical location, product type and capacity. Therefore, there will be instances where you will incur multiple freight charges per order based on the one-rate freight charge including freight, handling, COD and convenience fees. Please ask a customer service representative if you have any questions. Find the table that corresponds to your payment and freight method. Unless you are subject to a local tax—this is the total amount that will be added to your bill to deliver Gemini prod- ucts to your door. Sales tax may apply when shipping to the following U.S. states: CA, MN, IA, NV, TX, VA & WA.
Gemini only has UPS scheduled pick-up. We will add a minimum $8.00 per order pickup charge for other specified carriers. In addition, because these pick-ups must be called in the day prior to shipment; an additional day will be added to all estimated delivery dates for other specified com- mon carriers. If you decide not to use Gemini’s Guaranteed Ground Freight, Gemini charges a $8.00 handling fee per order. Once your UPS account number is entered into our system, it will be used for all UPS shipments.
