Alloys: Gemini uses alloy #5052 which offers good cutting, welding and corrosion resistance. It is excellent for anodizing, and has a superior hardness rating of H32. Vertical grain is standard on all cut metal letters. Horizontal grain can be requested.

Manufactured using a fine, high pressure stream of water that carries an abrasive mineral, allowing for sharp inside corners (.02 radius), small letters, and intricate detail on logos.
NOTE: Polished, Anodized & Rust Powdercoat finishes require a minimum .38” stroke and stud weld mount. If choosing any finish where stud weld is not required, plain mount is less 30%. Restrictions may apply on letters & logos over 18". Gemini can match your shade of any standard anodized color (sample required). The color of anodized letters may vary from order to order due to the anodizing process.
