Alloys: Gemini uses alloy #5052 which offers good cutting, welding and corrosion resistance. It is excellent for anodizing, and has a superior hardness rating of H32. Vertical grain is standard on all cut metal letters. Horizontal grain can be requested.

• Cut file available – $20
• Stencil pattern for plain mount letters under 6” – $50 for up to max. 100 letters
• Split stencil - $60 for up to 50 plain mount letters 6” or larger.
• Lower case letters, where available, are 75% of upper case price
• All punctuation is 33% of upper case price
• Standard paint color add 10%
• Custom paint color add 10% plus $20/color (specialty paints may be additional)
• Premium finishes - see page 36
• All 1/4”+ thick metals,
are drilled and tapped for a blind stud mount.
