GUARANTEED GROUND FREIGHT
CALCULATING FREIGHT AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
For any single order shipped to one location within the Continental United States by standard ground delivery, Gemini offers one-rate freight that includes all freight charges, handling fees, C.O.D. charges and convenience fees. The freight pricing tables correspond to payment and freight methods. Unless you are subject to a local tax, the tables show the total amount that will be added to your invoice to deliver Gemini products to your door. Sales tax may apply in the following U.S. states: CA, MN, IA, NV, TX, VA & WA.
GEMINI SHIPPING DETAILS:
Ì Gemini standard shipping is via UPS.
Ì An $8.00 minimum charge per order applies to ship via another specified carrier.
Ì Shipping with another specified carrier will require a pick up request and result in an
additional day to your estimated delivery date.
Ì An $8.00 handling fee applies per order if using your chosen carrier or Gemini’s
Guaranteed Ground Freight. (fee included in Guaranteed Freight total)
Ì You may provide your own UPS account number to bill shipping charges for all small
package shipments. This number will be stored in our system and used for all future UPS
small package shipments. (the $8.00 handling fee will apply)
Ì Orders too large to ship and bill on a UPS small package account number will have actual truck freight applied unless a specified LTL carrier is provided.
Orders that have multiple shipment points, or that originate from more than one Gemini location, will be charged an amount not to exceed the one-rate freight charge for an order of equivalent size.
EXPEDITED FREIGHT
Expedited freight is available, but is billed at normal published rates from the point of origin of the Gemini manufacturing location to your delivery destination. Freight estimates are available by contacting Gemini’s customer service at 1-877-877-2922.
OVERSIZED FREIGHT
Several items in the catalog are noted to be oversized. These items may incur oversize surcharges when shipped via UPS or via truck. Special truck freight requirements, such as lift gates, may also incur additional freight surcharges above the guaranteed ground freight rates.
