Mounting Methods
Stud Mount (Standard)
Brackets/Bosses secured to letter backs to receive stainless steel threaded studs. One of three options will be used, based
on letter size and depth: Side Mount, Strap Mount or Shadow Free mount.
Double Rail Mount (Call for quote)
Stud mounts aligned horizontally in two rows to allow for mounting to rails. Letters available with or without aluminum C-Channel rails. Rails available painted finish only.
Bottom or Top Stud Mount No Back (Up to 8” - Add 15%)
Interior Only up to 8”. Over 8” will require a tie-back (not supplied) and a back. Holes and bosses in letter bottoms to receive 3/8” threaded studs. Round letters will require some flattening on bottoms. Minimum 2 studs per letter.
Bottom or Top Stud Mount w/Back (Over 8” - Call for quote)
Letters over 8” will require tie-backs (not supplied) as well as a metal or plastic back. Letters over 12” high will be provided with extra internal support to secure studs.
Bottom or Top Stud Mount w/Thick Back (Over 8” - Call for quote)
Letters over 8”. Bottom/Top stud mounted with thicker metal backs to allow for welding of threaded nuts to receive studs. Alternate method for upright mounting without requiring tie-backs.
