PLAYBOOK OBJECTIVE
Our Play to Win strategy helps us to transform the practice of medicine and create an environment where everyone can bring their best version of themselves to work.
We want to deliver transformative medicines to patients. We want to do it in the quickest way possible and to do that, we need to be ready to Play to Win. This means new behaviors, new ways of working and a new organization should be in place. We will allocate and prioritize Sano ’s resources and assets according to these priorities in order to boost future growth .
Our senior leaders agreed on four Play to Win behaviors that will enable all of us to contribute to our strategy and create an environment where everybody can bring their best selves to work.
