2. Fill out the order form completely.
3. Use a separate line for each size and color.
4. *Add $7.00 shipping and handling **Add $20.00 shipping and handling / $30 for rods and nets 5. Canada & Overseas orders are subject to higher shipping charges. Credit cards only.
6. UPS next day air and 2nd day air is available.
7. If paying by check, include driver’s license number. ($30 charge for returned checks.)

We’ll ship orders as soon as possible. Please order early for fishing trips as summer months are extremely busy. Next day and two day air ship- ping is available for phone orders if received by 10:30 a.m. on business days.
(One and two day shipping rates are subject to quantities and weights of contents). Canada and Overseas orders are higher.

If paying by check, please write your driver’s license number on your check. Be sure to enter expiration date and V code as specified on back of card. At the Musky Shop, we take great pride in the products we offer our customers and the care we take when preparing your order for shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase carefully and notify us of any damage or shortage within 7 days. We will arrange for a prompt solution. If you are dissatisfied for any reson you may return your purchase in its original condition for a refund or store credit of the merchandise value. A refund will be issued in your original form of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days for credits to appear on your credit card statement. We are not able to accept returns on items dam- aged during regular wear and tear. We can not accept custom merchandise, special orders, books, videos or maps back for refund. Returns made beyond 90 days of purchase or with- out a valid sales receipt may be exchanged for the lowest advertised price as long as the product is still offered for sale.
