Environmental Assessment No. 2020-1 and
Tentative Parcel Map Application No. 2019-1
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Sections 65090 and 65091 (Planning and Zoning Law) of the Government Code; and, pursuant to the procedures of Title 10 of the Reedley Municipal Code, the Reedley Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to
consider the following:
1. Environmental Assessment No. 2020-1 pertains to an Adden- dum to a Mitigated Negative Declaration (Environmental Assessment No. 2017-1, dated November 8, 2018), prepared for Annexation Ap- plication No. 2017-1, General Plan Amendment Application No. 2017- 1, Change of Zone (Pre-Zone) Application No. 2017-1, and Tentative Subdivision Map No. 6178 (Frankwood Commons). The Addendum has been prepared to assess the environmental impacts of Tentative Parcel Map Application No. 2019-1 in accordance with the relevant provisions of CEQA and the State CEQA Guidelines as implemented by the City of Reedley
2. Tentative Parcel Map Application No. 2019-1 pertains to the subdivision of land to accommodate 4 lots for single family and com- mercial development ranging from 4.19 to 18.20 acres, with access to public streets identi ed through direct access or easements. This parcel map is proposed to be subdivided along the proposed phase lines of Tentative Subdivision Map No. 6178 (Frankwood Commons), as identi ed by the developer. Tentative Subdivision Map No. 6178 was previously approved by the City Council of the City of Reedley on January 8, 2019. The proposed project is consistent with the Low Density Residential and Neighborhood Commercial General Plan Planned Land Use Designations and the pre-zoned R-1-6 (One Fam- ily Residential) and CN (Neighborhood Commercial) Zone Districts.

If you challenge the above applications in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues, you, or someone else, raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence deliv- ered to the Reedley Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
NOTE: Government Code Section 65091 (Planning and Zoning Law) requires that this notice be sent to owners of property within 300 feet of the subject property. The City of Reedley, Community Develop- ment Department has mailed this notice to the property owners within 350 feet of the project.

The Board of Trustees of Cutler-Orosi Joint Uni ed School District Tulare County in California invites and will receive sealed proposals for the relocation of portable classrooms from two school sites (Cutler and Golden Valley) to Orosi High School located at 41815 Orosi, CA. 93747, and site work that includes electrical, re alarm, earth work, concrete and demolition.
