Ronald Henry Weber
Born: 1934, Sanger CA / Deceased 2019, Stockton CA
Ron graduated from Fresno State in Business Admin. and was a member of the Lambda Ki Alpha Fraternity. He served 2 years in the Army, he became Chief Auditor for the State of California, Workman’s Comp., Stockton, CA.
Ron was an avid reader as a child, but his real gift was mak- ing people laugh. In fact, local drinking establishment would allow him to drink underage, knowing the patrons present would stay longer and drink!
He is survived by daughters: Joyce Weber of Stockton, Kathlene Weber of Las Vegas; granddaughter: Gabriela Nel- son of Las Vegas and two brothers: Gerald Weber of Clovis and Virgil Weber of Sanger.

Elmer Lee Strope
Elmer Lee Strope was born in Coffeeville Kansas, son of Roy Lee Strope and Ruth Shirley Titus Strope, on October 23, 1928 and passed away October 23, 2019.
He is preceded in death by son Steven Lee Strope and grandson Michael Kenneth Strope.
Elmer is survived by his wife of 71 years, Bertha Marie Sum- mers Strope and five children, DeWayne Alan Strope, Jennifer
Lynn Strope, Julie Faye Strope Braden, Bill Glen Strope and Dick E. Strope, also surviving are ten grandchildren, Christine Marie Strope, Matthew Alan Strope, Sarah Marie Strope, Jonathan Ray Strope, Cheryl Marie Strope, Jason Neil Strope, Russell William Strope, Scott Gregory Braden, Amanda Marie Braden, and Kathryn Lynn Braden; three great-grandchildren Juliana Maria Strope, Melina Connie Strope, and Theodore Scott Braden.

Blanche J. Mendoza
March 14, 1939 – October 7, 2019
Blanche J. Mendoza was born in Vera- cruz, Mexico on March 14, 1939, and passed away in Anaheim, California on October 7, 2019 at the age of 80. She moved to the United States as a young girl and studied account- ing after finishing high school. She married Elias Mendoza in 1959 and together they became an active part of the Sanger community, St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the AM- VETS. Blanche enjoyed a career as a bookkeeper for JCPenney’s, General Cable Corporation, and finally St. Mary’s Catholic Church. After a move to Del Rey, Blanche became an integral part of St. Katherine’s Catholic Church in Del Rey, organizing and teaching religious education to
young children for many years.
Several years after the death of Eli she retired from St.
Mary’s to be with her family in Anaheim, California. In Ana- heim, she was a member of the Anaheim Seniors, and the Geranium Society. She spent her last years doting on her grandchildren, cuddling her pets, and being creative in her garden.
She is survived by her daughter, Felicia Hamm and hus- band, Bob; two grandchildren, Aidan and Gemma Hamm; three of her loving siblings, Mrs. Elvira Estrada, Mrs. Mona Campbell, and Capitan Fausto Jaramillo Saucedo.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s New Catholic Church on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 1:00 PM with inter- ment to follow at Sanger Cemetery.
