Blanca Carrasco
Our dear friend Blanca Carrasco passed away on September 2nd. God gifted Blanca with musical talent. She used that gift to serve our Lord and his people throughout her life. She was a dedicated catechist who played and sang for all our First Communions, Con rmations, and children’s masses. She was a member of the Spanish Choir, who not only played for the Saturday Masses, but funerals and rosaries for St. Anthony’s Parish.
Blanca lead the Jericho Prayer Walk in the back of our truck as we followed, sang and prayed for our community for 7 months. We could not of done it without her. Blanca had many challenges in her life, but her faith never waived. While raising 5 children, she went back to school, graduated and became a dedicated, compassionate teacher.
We will miss her loving friendship, laughter, and kindness. She is praising God, along with the Angels, her mother Yolanda, and her high school sweet- heart, Raul Romero, who she lost both at a young age.
We will miss you!
With all our Love, Anita & Jenny Estrada
