NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Sections 65090 and 65091 (Planning and Zoning Law) of the Government Code; and, pursuant to the procedures of Title 10 of the Reedley Municipal Code, the Reedley Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to
consider the following:
1. Environmental Assessment No. 2019-12: Recommend that the City Council nds that no new environmental document is required for this project, pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15162 and 15168(c)(2).
2. Text Amendment Application No. 2019-1 (Ordinance No. 2019-004): Recommend that the Planning Commission recom- mend to the City Council adoption of Text Amendment Application No. 2019-1 (Ordinance No. 2019-004), proposing to repeal and replace in its entirety Title 10, Chapter 25, Section 5, pertaining to the Industrial Use Matrix, in order to implement the 2030 Reedley General Plan and to generate more economic development activity by reducing barriers for development.

CITY OF DINUBA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dinuba City Council, has set August 12, 2019 at 6:30 pm., at the City Council Chambers located at 405 East El Monte Way, as time and place to conduct a public hearing to review the past use of funds and program performance for the City of Dinuba’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program contract 15-CDBG-10560. These funds provided by the State of Cali- fornia Department of Housing and Community Development require a review of the close-out documents ( nal products), and to solicit citi- zen input regarding the outcome and accomplishments of the funding received and expended under these programs. The activities were
as follows:
15-CDBG-10560: The City received a total of $2 Million from the CDBG Program that is comprised of all grant dollars. In addition, the City utilized approximately $200,000 in program income for these contract activities below. The funds were used to complete the follow- ing projects/programs:
-Construction of Randle Avenue with utilities
-Homeownership Assistance Program
-Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program
-East El Monte Economic Vitality and Sustainability Plan -Entertainment Plaza Park Improvements
All projects have now been completed and funds have been exhaust- ed and requested from the State for reimbursement. In keeping with CDBG regulations, the City met the low/mod income person bene t for meeting a National Objective.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place, any inter- ested person may appear and be heard. Written comments should be submitted to the City of Dinuba, Attn: George Avila, 1088 E.
