Monday, February 15
• Five to six shots were reportedly heard at 12:45 a.m. in the 1300 block of East El Monte Way.
• Vehicle vandalism to a vehicle was reported at 1:05 a.m. in the 1300 block of Elizabeth Way. • Theft was reported in the 1800 block of Clover Drive at 1:14 p.m.
• A disturbance involv- ing a group of people
The Reedley Police Department handled 515 public-initiated and offi- cer-initiated calls for ser- vice, with 90 dispatched as Priority 1 calls. Offi- cers completed 84 police reports, made 16 arrests and issued 25 traffic ci- tations. There were two traffic collisions and no DUI cases, no fire calls and 26 medical aid calls.

Ricky ARnold lopez
November 22, 1965 ~ February 5, 2021
Ricky Arnold Lopez was born in Tulare, CA, on November 22, 1965, and died in Visalia on February 5, 2021, at the age of 55. A long time Orosi resident, Ricky worked as a forklift operator for over 26 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ygnacio and Connie Lopez; his sisters, Pat Lopez and Christina Requejo; and his brothers, Larry Martinez and Raymond Requejo; and his wife Ann Marie Lopez.
Ricky is survived by his four siblings, Frank Requejo of Visalia, Mike Requejo of Hanford, Anna Sosa of Visalia, and Ygnacio Lopez, Jr of Visalia.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, on Friday, February 26, at Smith Mountain Cemetery.

Michael Gonzales 46 of Sanger passed away suddenly on February 2, 2021. He is survived by his parents Mary and Richard Esqueda of Sanger and Robert Gonzales of Phoenix AZ; Daughters Destinee and Marina; brother Robert Gonzales and sisters Marisa Gonzales and Christina Esqueda. Michael also leaves behind nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles who all loved him so much. Michael Loved everyone! His favorite things together were the Raiders and tall cans. His smile was contagious. Michael was truly a great guy.
This shattered our hearts but it is a bittersweet feeling knowing that Michael made a selfless decision to be an organ donor, and his heart will live on. He is and always will be a Hero. We all love you so much Michael. Always and forever.
There will be a private family gathering to Celebrate his Life.
Brian DeWane Durham
May 2, 1965 ~ December 7, 2020
Brian Durham was born in Reedley, CA and passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 55 in Las Vegas, NV. He was raised in Reedley, attending Lincoln Elementary and General Grant Junior High. He graduated from Golden West High School in Visalia, CA. Brian was a commercial electrician and worked all over the U.S., traveling with a crew from the national firm of McBride Electric. He was
a Christian and always told us how much he loved Christ Lutheran Church in Reedley where he attended during his childhood.
Brian was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Thealis and Oneal Durham; his father, Russell Durham and several aunts and uncles. He is survived by his maternal grandparents, Carroll and Geraldine Strader of Reedley; his mother, Karen Durham of Reedley; his brother, Todd Dur- ham of Las Vegas, NV; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
We all loved him so very much and will greatly miss him until we meet again.

Helen Hara, 89, a longtime resident of Reedley passed away on January 16, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her husband Isamu (Sam) and their son Douglas, her brothers Masaru and Charles Abe, her sisters Suzi Mukai and Mio Kunishege. Helen is survived by her brother Joe Abe of San Diego, her son Wesley and his wife Mary and her sons Russell and Richard Hara, five grandchildren, Jason and his wife Wendy, Ty and his wife Amy and grandchildren Kane, Kai and Jack Hara, seven great-grandchildren, Zachary, Jordon, Isaiah, Josiah and Tristen Hara, Angelina and Shellie Figueroa, two great- great-grandchildren Roland and Talon Hara.
A Celebration of Life will be held on April 24, 2021 at 1 p.m. 1116 South Church Ave., Reedley, Ca. 93654.
