Sharon Loy (Burleson) Arifuku died on September 19, 2019 at the age of 79. She was born in Ventura, CA on September 28, 1939. She was a homemaker and lived the last 26 years in Reedley. Her hobbies include: singing, music, reading, photography and gardening.
She will be dearly missed and remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and spiritual sister.
She was preceded in death by John Weltmer (the children’s father) and Scot Arifuku, her precious son.
She is survived by her loving husband, Fred Arifuku and her beloved six children: Lori Huha of Sanger, Sandra O’Neil, David Weltmer, and Tim Weltmer of Fresno and Michelle Corpus of Maui and Mark Anderson of Beaumont.
She had nine Grandchildren Ashlee Williams, Jessica Moody, Sabrina O’Neil, Samantha, Spencer, Derek and Alec Weltmer, Reedley and Raidon Anderson, and six Great Grandchildren.
She had three siblings: Billie Weltmer, Kay Minkler and Robert Balkwill.
Memorial Services will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 8254 S. Frankwood, Reedley, CA 93654 on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 1:00pm.
