Two teams that have yet to play a Cen- tral Valley Conference basketball game were scheduled to meet Jan. 19 in Reedley.
But when Reedley hosted Merced College in both men’s and wom- en’s action, there were tobenofansinthe stands. Reedley College announced last week that no fans will be al- lowed at inside activi- ties until further notice due to health and safety concerns.
Porterville College has already faced two schools without fans in the stands, but the two- week period without fans has elapsed.
After facing Mer- ced, the Reedley men and women are sched- uled to travel to Fresno City on Saturday, Jan. 22. The Tigers then take on West Hills Lemoore on Monday, Jan. 24. before playing at Por- terville on Wednesday, Jan. 26.
