The Alta District Historical Society plans an art exhibit featuring the work of A.J. Gorini on Aug. 6. The exhibit will be held at the ADHS White House, located at 289 South K Street in Dinuba, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Dinuba Chamber of Commerce will also be having their monthly mixer during the event. The Dinuba Knights of Columbus will be hosting a fundraiser dance Aug. 10 at the Dinuba Memorial Hall. The dance will the bands Balazzo and Poderoso. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the dance beginning at 7:30 p.m. and lasting until 12:30 a.m. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. The Dinuba Knights of Columbus will also be raffling various items during the event. Pre- sale tickets are available at Serrano's Furniture Galleries at 205 East Tulare Street Dinuba and at Cross Country Mortgage at 1060 G Street in Reedley. The Dinuba High School Class of 1979 will be having its 40th Class Reunion on Sept. 28 at Fort Washington Country Club in Fresno. The event will be a business casual attire event (T-shirts and/or jeans will not be permitted). Social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. Entertainment will start at 7:30 p.m. and dance will begin at 8:30 p.m. The cost to attend is $60 per person.
