NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Sanger, California will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1700 7th Street Sanger, California, to consider the following:
Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2019-02,  led by the City of Sanger, amendment to the City of Sanger Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance, ARTICLE XIII. - RM-1 HIGH DENSITY MULTIPLE-FAM- ILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, Section 90-461 through 90-500. Pro- posed amendment revises the RM–1, High Density Multiple Family Residential Zone District, to restrict permitted uses to multiple-family dwellings, to eliminate conditionally permitted uses, and to require a minimum unit density of 20 dwelling units per acre.
All interested parties are invited to attend and to provide testimony either orally or in writing on the proposed Amendment. Negative Declaration and
Availability of a MITIGATED Negative Declaration
For the Recreational Sports Complex Phase 2 at Orosi High School In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Article 6, Section 15072, we are providing you with this Notice of Intent to Adopt and Availability of an Initial Study and Miti- gated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for Phase II of the Recreational Sports Complex at Orosi High School in Orosi, California. The Cutler- Orosi Joint Uni ed School District (COJUSD) is the Lead Agency for
purposes of CEQA compliance.
Based on the  ndings of the IS/MND, mitigation measures will be included to reduce potential environmental impacts to a level that is less than signi cant. The 30-day review period during which com- ments can be provided on the IS/MND begins on October 24, 2019 and ends on November 23, 2019. Following the close of the public comment period and response to all comments, COJUSD has ten- tatively scheduled the adoption of the MND for its regular meeting on December 12, 2019, at 5:00 pm at the Cutler-Orosi Joint Uni ed School District Of ce at 12623 Avenue 416, Orosi, CA 93647.

The following information concerns the rights and
procedures, which relate to this proceeding for the termination custody and control of the minor, TAYLYN GRACE WILLIAMS, as set forth in Family Code Section 7822 of the Family Code.
(1) At the beginning of the proceeding, the Court will consider whether or not the interests of the minor, TAYLYN GRACE WILLIAMS, require the appoint of counsel. If the Court finds that the interests of the minor TAYLYN GRACE WILLIAMS, do require such protection, the Court will appoint counsel to represent the minor, whether or not the minor is able to afford counsel. The minor, TAYLYN GRACE WILLIAMS will not be present in the court unless the minor so requests or the Court so orders.
(2) If the parent of the minor, TAYLYN GRACE WILLIAMS, appears without counsel and is unable to afford counsel, the Court must appoint counsel for the parent,
unless the parent knowingly and intelligently waives the right to be represented by counsel. The Court will not appoint the same counsel to represent the minor, TAYLYN GRACE WILLIAMS, and the minor's parent.
(3) The court may appoint either the public defender or private counsel. If private counsel is appointed, he or she will receive reasonable sum for compensation and expenses, the amount of which will be determined the Court. That amount must be paid by the real parties in interest, but not by the minor, in such proportions as the court believes to be just. If, however, the Court finds that any of the real parties in interest cannot afford counsel the amount will be paid by the Court.
(4) The Court may continue the proceeding for not more than 30 days as necessary to appoint counsel and to enable counsel to become acquainted with the case. Dated: September 16, 2019
