Friday, October 4 There were 109 calls for service and 4 traffic citations were issued. • Two arrests were made MVT Staff Report Reedley police arrested a 20-year-old Orange Cove man in connection to recent multiple in- cidents of indecent exposure. Luis Armando Guizar Esparza was taken into custody on Oct. 2 when he was observed attempting to approach a female in the Reed- ley Shopping Center parking lot in the 1500 block of East Manning Avenue. Reedley police officer and detectives, armed with data provided by the city's crime ana- lyst, had been doing surveillance on the area. Police re- ceived the first report on Sept. 21ofamale subject who approached a the subject's vehicle, she realized he was exposing his private parts while sitting in the vehicle. Later that day, a second woman came forward and told police the same incident occurred on Sept. 19 near Save Mart. Police reported that on Sept. 30, a third female came forward after seeing a post about the in- cidents on the NextDoor social media site used by Reedley po- lice.
