'Bras for a Cause' boosts Reedley Relay for Life
Reedley Relay for Life held its annual "bra auction" event on March 3 at The Pub in downtown Reedley. The annual fundraiser was another success, raising nearly $4,200. Brandy McNelly with Relay for Life said special thanks go out to the host site, auctioneer Flint Epps and to local businesses The Nest, Cottonwood Clothing and Charming Autumn for displaying the created bras before the event. On Friday, March 13, Reedley Relay for Life will have vol- unteers standing in the intersection of G and 11th streets for the annual Fill the Bucket event from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. Volunteers working in hour shifts will be taking do- nations from motorists passing through.

"We are coordinating with the [Center for Dis- ease Controls] to provide our staff with up-to-date information and rec- ommendations as they are released," she said on March 9."Adventist Health has established a systemwide COVID-19 preparedness committee that is working with Ad-

are sick.
• Cover your cough
