Moses Cuevas
A service for Mr. Moses S. Cuevas of Sanger was held on Dec. 14 at the Sanger Apostolic Church.
Mr. Cuevas, 79, died on Dec. 7, 2017. He was a forklift driver.
He is survived by two sons, two daughter, three sisters, a brother, nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Obituaries
Santos Galvan
The holy rosary will be recited for Mrs. Santos Galvan of Sanger at 7 p.m. on Dec. 28 at Wallin's Sanger Funeral Home and a funeral mass will be celebrated for her at 9 a.m. on Dec. 29 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sanger.
Mrs. Galvan, 95, died Dec. 17, 2017. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by husband Pedro Galvan Jr. of Sanger; sons Peter, Reynaldo, Sammy and Michael Galvan, all of Sanger; daughters Rosie Espitia, May De Los Santos, Norma Martinez and Tillie Lopez, all of Sanger; brothers Lolo Bernal of Parlier and Manuel Bernal of Washington; 17 grandchildren; and 26 great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Galvan was preceded in death by her son James Galvan.
Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. on Dec. 28 at the funeral home.

November 20, 1942 - November 5, 2017
William D. Magnuson was born on November 20, 1942 in Kingsburg, Ca. and passed away peace- fully on November 5, 2017. He attended Clay school and Kingsburg High School. He married Brenda I. Boen on August 16, 1963. Together they shared 54 wonderful years of marriage. He was a farm boy and farmed on the east side of Fresno in the Lone Star area. He
grew raisin grapes, peaches and eventually grew apples for many years. Bill was an active member in the First Covenant Church in Fresno, Ca. He was a past Director of the Fresno Irrigation District, also a former member of the Lone Star Farm Bureau and the Sanger Lions Club. He was a General contractor and Land Leveler by trade and enjoyed all aspects of land development. He was self-employed for 52 years and worked steadily up until the last few weeks of his life. He en- joyed water sports and of course all forms of car racing. Open wheel events were his favorite and he even owned a super modi ed for a short time in the early 1990’s. His greatest joy was his family. He was always available to his children and especially loved when he became a grandfather. His grand- children were his crowning glory. He was a very honest and truthful person who never knew a stranger. If he met you once, he considered you a friend for life.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Elizabeth Magnuson of Kingsburg and his sister, Gloria Meinhold of Visalia. He is survived by his wife, Brenda; his brother Darryl and wife Karen Magnuson of Kingsburg; his brother-in-law Al Meinhold of Visalia; his daughter Kathy and her husband Rick Chamberlin of Reedley; son Bryan and his wife Lois Magnuson of Liberty, MO. and son Bruce and his wife Dawn Magnuson of Fresno; grandchildren; Rikki, Rebekah, Rachel and Wyatt Chamberlin of Reedley, Em-
ily and husband Nate Robinett, Brianna and Husband Kyle Lindenmeyer, and Samuel Magnuson of Missouri, Phillip and Nicholas Magnuson of Fresno, also numerous nieces and nephews.
He battled a short battle with Leukemia. Remembrances may be made to the Leukemia Society or e First Mission Covenant Church of Fresno.
Services were held on November 11th at the Kingsburg Covenant Church. Funeral arrangements were made by

The holy rosary will be recited for Mr. Andres L. Molina of Sanger at 7 p.m. on Dec. 21 at St. Mary's New Catholic Church in Sanger and a funeral mass will be celebrated for Mr. Molina at 9 a.m. on Dec. 22 at the church.
Mr. Molina, 77, died Dec. 13, 2017. He was a maintenance mechanic for SUMA.
He is survived by son Andy Molina and wife Rosemary of Sanger; step-brother Aurelio Bettencourt and wife Lupe of Clovis; cousin Lydia Ortega of Santa Maria; and grandchil- dren Monique and Kassandra Molina.
Mr. Molina was preceded in death by his wife Connie M. Molina.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. on Dec. 21 at St. Mary's New Catholic Church in Sanger.
