NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 18, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Victor P. Lopez Community Center at 1705 Anchor Av, Orange Cove, California will hold a public input session regarding the draft 2019-2027 Housing Element Update.
This Public Input Session is intended to satisfy a portion of the public involvement component of the California Department of Housing and Community Development’s Housing Element Update requirements. Speci cally, this is an opportunity to engage all critical stakeholders including tenants and homeowners, special needs populations, busi- nesses, and real estate and housing providers and developers thus ensuring participation of all economic segments of the community. Residents of Orange Cove are encouraged to attend the community workshop where they will be given the opportunity to provide input on this proposed Housing Element Update. All interested parties are welcome to attend the meeting or provide written comments via mail to: City Hall, 633 Sixth Street, Orange Cove CA 93646.

Ordinance No. 2019-06, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Sanger amending Article XIII of Chapter 90 of the Sanger City Code relating to the RM-1, High Density Multiple Family Residential Zone District.
