At the age of 97 years old, Simona passed away and is now reunited with her husband Jay , daughter Judy, grandson Jimmy and all who have gone to rest before her.
Simona is survived by her daughter Jane, son- in- law, Louie, grandchildren Tina Marie Bejarano, Kimberly Lira, Jamilla Aleman, Miranda Macias and Mario Martinez, 14 great- grandchildren and 7 great -great -grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers Roy Huerta, Angel Huerta and numerous nieces and nephews.

Elizabeth “Betty” Springer, 92,
was born on a vineyard ranch and
died May 27, 2021, on a walnut ranch in Kenwood, California. She
is survived by her five children and their spouses, Becky (Jim),
Henry (Eri), Ellie (Martin), Mary (Arthur), and Lisa (Brad), twelve grandchildren, five great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Her husband, Francis, predeceased her in 2004. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Walter (wife Erma) and George, a niece and two nephews.
Betty earned an Associate Degree in Business from Fresno State College. She had fond memories of her time working for the Agriculture Department at Fresno State College where she met “Springer”. They were married for 49 years.
Betty devoted her life to supporting her husband in his career and raising their children in Redding, California. In addition to their dedication to family, she and Springer were participants in the Palo Cedro Fire Company and Auxiliary and annual 4-H barbeques of the Shasta County Fair.
Betty and Springer retired to Kenwood to maintain the walnut ranch. In her final years, Betty enjoyed her time with her friends and neighbors in the Sonoma Valley and surrounding areas, working on the ranch, and tending to her flowers. Whether she was corresponding with friends and family or sharing her baked goods and the bounty of the land, Betty spread her generosity, friendship and love to others.
Her final days were spent peacefully at home, cared for by family and caregivers with the exceptional guidance of Hospice.

Helen Yvonne Buchmann was born on July 13, 1926 in Hardy, Kentucky and passed away in Visalia on June 1, 2021 at the age of 94. After living in Kentucky and Oklahoma, she moved to California in February 1942. Most of her career was spent at Dinuba Public Schools from where she retired after 25 years of service. She enjoyed traveling, crafting, doll-making/ collecting, cruising and socializing with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Buchmann. She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Buchmann; her son and his wife, Thomas and Becki Buchmann; three grandchildren: Robert Arnold and his wife Dianna; Stacy Anderson and her husband Craig; and Jeremy Buchmann and his wife Laura. She has three great-grandchildren: Justin Arnold,
Kathryn Anderson, and Fredrick Buchmann.
Funeral service will be on June 11, 2021 at Dopkins Funeral Chapel, 189 S J St, Dinuba, CA at 12:00 pm
