Assault, threats to police lead to Parlier arrest

A Parlier man was ar- rested on March 21 after a series of confronta- tions with the public and police police that includ- ed assaulting an officer and damaging a patrol vehicle.

Reseudiz threatened the officer, saying he had a gun and was go- ing to shoot the officer as he reached for his waistband,. He then got on his bicycle and fled the scene, with the of-
ficer pursuing him into an orchard near the in- tersection of Manning and Newmark avenues.
A short while later, Reseudiz reappeared on Manning Avenue and was throwing oranges at passing motorists. He again resisted officers and threatened to shoot them until being subdued by an electric shock de- vice as he reached into his waistband.
