NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Sanger, California will hold a public hearing at a regular meet- ing to be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2019 at the City Hall Council Chambers, 1700 7th Street Sanger, California, to consider the following:
Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-02, led by SEL Construction Corporation: Modi cation to existing Conditional Use Permit. Modi cation of existing conditions of approval and installation of
solar carport on property located at 2590 North Avenue, Sanger, CA 93657, APN 322–185–11.
All interested parties are invited to attend and to provide testimony either orally or in writing on the proposed Variance. You may submit comments to David Brletic, Senior Planner at City Hall 559-876-6300, Ext, 1540. OF ITS INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 2019-01 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 15, 2019 at 6:00 p.m, or as soon after as the matter may be heard, at its regular meeting held at the Sanger Community Center, 730 Recreation Avenue, Sanger, California, the City Council of the City of Sanger intends to adopt an
Ordinance, entitled:
Ordinance No. 2019-01, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Sanger adopting change of zoning districts Amendment No. 2019-01, amending the Of cial Zone Map for speci ed zone districts to implement the City of Sanger’s Housing Element. To comply with State law, the City of Sanger has been implementing its 2015-2023 Housing Element by amending the City’s 2025 General Plan land use designations, including an associated change of zone districts for speci ed areas for at least 54 acres within the City limits. At a public hearing held on July 2, 2019, the City Council introduced Ordinance No. 2019-01 which would amend the Of cial Zone Map to implement the 2015-2035 Housing Element by changing the zone districts to RM-1 (Residential-High Density) from the prior zoning
designation as follows:
a. Site 21 (a portion of APN 315-050-98 only): Amend designa- tion from Residential – Medium Density to Residential – High Density RM–1;
b. Site 22 (a portion of APN 315-030-67 and a portion of APN 315- 030-68 only): Amend designation from R–1–6 to High Density RM–1; c. Site 22 (a portion of APN 315-060-07 only): Amend designation from R–1–6 to High Density RM–1;
d. Site 23 (APN 317-040-49 and 317-040-38 only): Amend designa- tion from Residential – Medium Density to High Density RM-1;
e. Site 29 (portions of APN 322-132-03, 322-132-04, and 322-132- 705 only): Amend designations from R–1–6 to High Density RM–1; f. Site 30 (APN 322-123-34, 322-123-17, and 322-123-27 only): Amend designation from C–4 to High Density RM–1; and
