The world of pensions and investments is a minefield; therefore, it is essential to have someone to help and guide you through historic and current paperwork, understand your options and take-action where recommended. Once a decision is made and action taken, the next step which has been missing for many clients is 'Client Care'. My role is to get things 'Right First Time' and where that does not happen ensure that a resolution is found quickly and efficiently.
Working within Financial Services for over 25 years, building strong, life lasting relationships with clients, product providers and colleagues within the industry has been an essential ingredient
of a 'recipe for success'. Extensive experience of managing teams ranging from bank staff, telesales colleagues and 'managing the managers' on a regional and national level have benefited anyone that I interact with on a daily basis. We want clients to love us and love referring their friends to us.
Away from work, I'm a keen football fan and follower of fashion - the 2 do not mix!!!

Although I cover all aspects of financial planning, my specialisms encompasses both protection and investment planning. My expertise lies in protection and inheritance tax planning strategies for our private clients.
