I started working in the financial sector in March 2012 as an administrator with 10 years previous experience in telesales and travel administration. Over the past 7 years I have gained knowledge in the wide spectrum of products in the financial service industry and in addition to this now look after the running of the office.
I look to enhance my learning by undertaking a Diploma to ensure I can broaden my knowledge and help clients at a different level to just administration. I look forward to helping you on your financial journey and putting your mind at ease.
Away from the office, I have a busy family life and enjoy baking, gym and socialising.

Being a Governor of my daughter’s welsh speaking school and beginning welsh lessons shows the holistic approach I have to enhance my daughter’s education. I relate this vision to all aspects of my life, particularly my career which I strive to excel.
After 3 years working in the financial sector and further experience from a banking and insurance background, I have always put the client at the heart of the business. I consistently ensure I provide the best service, and I am working on achieving my diploma to guarantee my knowledge supports this.
I enjoy camping, but above all, I value the closeness and passion for adventure it has given myself and my daughter. During my free time, I also enjoy regular gym sessions and cooking for friends and family.
