Her dreams were shattered. But Millie is not
the type to give up.
Millie is enduring six rounds of gruelling, three
weekly cycles of chemotherapy and has had
seven major operations so far. The treatment
is taking its toll physically, emotionally and
mentally but she never stops smiling and being
positive. How can we be in tears when she is so
upbeat? She really is amazing.
We are currently in hospital more than we are
out, with frequent stays during her treatment
then back into hospital with high temperatures
and infections, becoming ill in between
treatments and needing antibiotics. We have
months of chemotherapy ahead and
then weekly visits. We can only hope
and pray that the cancer doesn’t move
to another part of her body.

Millie has shown unimaginable
strength throughout this brutal
battle. She refuses to let cancer define her
future and is now setting her sights on new
dreams – playing for England’s Women’s
Amputee Football Team and competing in the
Paralympics!
To do that, she needs the best prosthetic leg
possible – one that will allow her to run, play
football, cycle, swim and ride horses again,
we are not ones for handouts but we will do
anything to help our little girl live her life to
the full. We know it’s a lot of money and it will
take time to raise but we are already amazed

such as knees and sprockets for her future.

with a price of £134,000.
Every single penny raised will
go directly to Millie’s mobility,
prosthetic leg and rehabilitation.

to Millie so that she has a leg for life.

about giving an incredible young girl the chance
