ADMIN
FAQS
How do I log into the members’ area?
Log in to the members' area at thenas.org.
uk/login using your registered email address
and the password you have set up.
If you have not logged into the members’
area since our new website launch in June
2024, then please click on the forgotten
password, enter in your email address,
select remind me, which will send you a link
to set up your own password.
For Society/Association memberships,
the main contact manages member access
by keeping the member list updated with
correct email addresses. If this is in place,
members can log in as described above.
Please note that duplicate emails are not
accepted. If you hold both an association
and individual membership, you’ll need
separate email addresses. If this causes any
issues, please give us a call, and we’ll be
happy to assist.
You can still log in using your username
for now, but we are transitioning to email
addresses as the primary identifier. For
more details visit the members section of
the website in the downloads section.
How can I renew my membership?
You can renew your membership by
logging into the members’ area and clicking
on the manage section of My Account. In
subscriptions & payments, you can ‘renew
now’ and have the option to either pay
by card (this will renew straightaway) or
when you select to pay by either BACS
or Cheque; this will sit pending until Head
Office receive and process your payment.
You can see all historic payments listed and
send yourself the receipts by clicking on the
envelope button.
How do I update my details in the
members’ area?
Click on ‘’manage’’ in My Account and
update your own contact details.
For Association memberships, please
liaise with the main contact to update the
members list. If the main contact needs
to be updated or changed, the outgoing
contact will need to email the Head Office
HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE
OF ALLOTMENTS –
TAKE OUR SURVEY!
We know that allotments offer so
much more than fresh produce –
they nurture mental, physical, and
social wellbeing too! Whether
you're a member or not, we’d
love to hear how your allotment
benefits you.
Your feedback is vital, helping
us highlight the many ways
allotments enrich lives. The results
will be shared during National
Allotments Week (11th–17th
August), which this year focuses on Allotments & Wellbeing.
If you haven’t already, please take a moment to complete our survey. Simply visit
the National Allotment Society website, head to the National Allotments Week
page, and you’ll find the link. Your input will help protect and preserve allotments for
generations to come!

How can I enrol in the Allotmenteers
Liability (ALI) Scheme?
This scheme is for Association, Individual
and Life memberships only. For associations,
this is done by the main contact and you
will need to ensure you tick the column
titled ‘ins’. For individual and life members,
select the ‘add ALI Insurance’ on your
membership page.
Associations Only: Adding More
Members
If you can’t see the option to add more
members, it may be because you’ve
reached the maximum number included in
your current subscription. The add button
will only reappear once additional members
have been paid for.
To add more members, go to the
‘Subscriptions & Payments’ section and click
‘Add Affiliate’. You can choose to pay by:
•
Card – Payment is processed
immediately.
•
BACS or Cheque – The system will register
the payment as pending, allowing you to
add new members. These members will
remain pending until payment is received.
If you need further assistance, feel free to
contact us.
How do I fill in the AGM delegate form
online?
You can do this by logging into the
members’ area and clicking on the “manage”
section of My Account. There will be a
button titled “AGM delegate form”. You
follow the steps which will appear when
you either select attending or not. For
association members, the main contact
will need to complete this whether they
are attending or if another member of the
association is attending.
