is traditional to climb onto and then jump from the Adam stone to the Eve stone. Some of the team chose to only spectate for this activity. The top of this rugged mountain attracts few visitors despite being the best climb around, and should be top of your list when visiting Snowdonia.
End Ex – The days involved long treks through the mountains and the evenings involved relax-
ing at Bens Bunkhouse or visiting some of the many sights in the area. Good quality accom- modation allowed for rest and relaxation, mean- ing that the team felt recuperated by the end of the week and not like we had done an AT expe- dition at all. The team bonded well and ended Intermediate Term at the Academy after a great expedition.
