It’s time to buy your copy of the 2022 Scenes Around Oundle Calendar! Produced each year by the Friends of Oundle Library it costs just £6.00 and is on sale at Oundle Library, the Oundle Bookshop and Colemans.
The pictures in the calendar have been taken by local photographers and were chosen from more than one hundred pictures that were entered into a photo competition earlier this year. And thanks to the generosity of all the local businesses which sponsor the calendar, every penny of the sale proceeds can be used to support and improve Oundle Library.
Back in 2013, proceeds from the very first calendar paid for a new rug for the children’s library and a new reading table, and in the years since it has paid for all sorts of items, from tables, chairs, signs and shelving to children’s entertainers and craft supplies. Even during
the lockdowns, the Friends paid for some new book trolleys, shelving dividers and a new noticeboard.

more improvements to the garden to create
an outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. The proceeds from the 2022 calendar will be used to pay for some of this work.
