I started the business in 2004 and it has been a labour of love ever since.

KEEP MOISTURE IN WITH...
MULCH
There are many bene ts of mulching your plants, including reducing the amount
of weeds, improving soil conditions and retaining soil moisture. Some mulches can even deter slugs and snails due to their rough texture.
Most mulches fall into two broad
groups; biodegradable mulches and non- biodegradable mulches. The main difference between them is that biodegradable improves the soil structure and texture as
it releases nutrients into the soil and rots down, whereas non-biodegradable mulches do not, but they do still have a vast amount of bene ts mentioned above.
Mulch is applied in thick layers of 2/3 inches over warm, wet soil in autumn or mid to late spring and remember to leave a space around woody stems.
