FROM THE WHEELHOUSE
I’m writing this from our Itchen office following the scorching August Bank Holiday Weekend, the busiest weekend we’ve had at Gins to date!
Taking the time to reflect on the last six months since I joined the Club, it is a challenge to pick out my personal highlights as there have been so many. From the visit by HRH Prince Michael, which was a truly special occasion, through to the limbo antics at the Caribbean Party and everything in between, I can honestly say I’ve never had so much fun at work!
It has been a genuine pleasure getting to know so many of our existing members and the support you have given me as I’ve built the new team has been incredible. It makes me proud to be part of our very special club, each time I’ve introduced new members they always comment how friendly and welcoming we all are.
Looking ahead, the future is very bright, with young families joining all the time; we’ll be developing our Cadet offering with activities at Gins. We have some fantastic social events planned with plenty of reasons for you to visit Gins over the winter – I look forward to seeing you there!
I CAN HONESTLY SAY I’VE NEVER HAD SO MUCH FUN AT WORK!
