Almost ten million viewers across the UK watched
as the cadets took part in a segment about how
groups across the UK had watched and supported
the show and the build-up to the final. Speaking
during the final was an exciting challenge for
the cadets, who prepared diligently by polishing

Reflecting on the experience, Cadet George
Braithwaite said, "Being part of the Strictly Come
Dancing final was surreal. Standing in front of the

exciting and nerve-wracking, but we felt so proud to
be there. It’s a memory we’ll cherish forever."
Wing Commander Katherine Barton, Officer
Commanding South & West Yorkshire Wing,

performance. "It was a privilege to see our cadets
