2022 BEAULIEU RACING & BEAULIEU REGATTA
Beaulieu Racing
For the second season of the fun family- friendly Beaulieu Racing, outside the Beaulieu River, eight evening races are planned, an increase of two on the inaugural 2021 series. This racing is scheduled so
that there is a good depth of water over Beaulieu Bar. In 2021, conveniently, all races were on a Thursday. In 2022, the tides have been less cooperative! So, the first race is on Wednesday 11th May, as is the race on 25th May.There follow five races on Thursdays and the last race is on Friday 2nd September.
Beaulieu Regatta
This is a new event for 2022, set for Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th August, in the middle of the day. Again, it will be fun family friendly racing, outside the Beaulieu River. Saturday’s programme is likely to be two Windward-Leeward races and an evening Regatta Supper at Gins, followed by a longer Round-the-Cans race on the Sunday.
