Looking good – Lynn Wesby’s memorial garden update
A lot has happened to Lynn’s Butterfly Memorial Garden and Mud Kitchen since the last update.
We have erected Lynn’s new classroom in readiness for the children to start to learn about bugs, insects and other wildlife.
The new room is fantastic, we had it designed with glass all around to ensure the children could sit within the room and see everything outside giving the impression they too are outside with nature and the bugs and insects.
The paths have had their gravel placed down, turf has been laid, three tons of topsoil has been put down along with four tons of bark for the mud kitchen and around Lynn’s new classroom.
The weather did hinder us a little over the past few weeks, with a few days where we
couldn’t even get a fork in the ground as it was a little frozen.
But, the days it rained didn’t stop us from getting things done, we just got a little wet but soon dried out.
The mud kitchens are looking great, tops
